Once you receive an order confirmation email we are unable to make changes to, cancel, or alter your order.
You will receive a shipment confirmation within 3-4 business days. Actual shipping takes 1-4 days, depending on how far you live from Q.NOOR HQ.
Keep in mind, COVID has created shipping delays across the world! We will do our best to get packages out as quickly as we can, but delays may happen.
Please enter your address carefully as we can not make changes once you have confirmed the order. Q.NOOR is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers. Packages returned by USPS due to incorrect shipping addresses will be processed as returns.
Customers are responsible for packages once marked 'delivered' by USPS. If your tracking email says your package has been delivered and you can't find it OR your package is delayed, please call your local post office.
Q.NOOR is not responsible for lost returned packages. We suggest saving your tracking number to ensure your return arrives safely.
International shipping can take up to two weeks. Customers are responsible to pay any international customs fees, duties and taxes. All international orders are final.
