    Holiday Return Policy 

    All orders using sale discount codes are final. No returns. No exchanges.

    Purchases made starting November 19th will qualify for our holiday return policy. You will have until January 9th to postmark your return for a store credit. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email with your store credit code. If your return falls in the standard 14-day return window you will receive a refund.

    Standard Return Policy 

     

    If your dress doesn’t work out, feel free to send it back, unworn and unwashed, within 14 days of receiving it (delivery date is day 1*) for a refund (shipping not included). Please include your order number so your refund can easily find its way back to you. No hard feelings. We can still be friends, right?

     

    Returned item(s) will be inspected for signs of wear, damage or use. If they don’t meet basic restocking standards, items will be shipped back with no refund, including shipping costs. Dresses with makeup markings will have a $10 cleaning fee deducted from the refund. 

     

    Returns postmarked beyond the 14-day return window will be charged a $5 restocking fee and sent an in-store credit. Dresses purchased with this credit are final sales. Returns postmarked after 30 days will be returned to the customer. 

     

    In order to be fair to all customers, this policy is firm and we can't make any exceptions. 

     

    Opened packages of nylons do not qualify for return.
    Any flaws must be reported within the 14-day window.

     

    All international orders, sale items, open house purchases, discount codes, and giveaway winnings are final. Any purchases made during a sale of any sort cannot be returned or exchanged.

    Once we have received your return, please allow 5-8 business days for your return to process and 5-7 business days after you receive your refund email for the money to appear in your account. 

    *If the 14th day is a holiday or Sunday please consider day 15 as day 14.
