Returns

** Happy holidays! We're taking a break to be with our loved ones from 12/23 through 1/7. All emails will be answered, orders shipped, and returns processed when we return in 2023. Thank you! **

For purchases placed as of October 12, 2021, returns are accepted for STORE CREDIT ONLY.  

All returns must be unworn/unwashed and must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.  Please include your original sales receipt or all order information so we can process your store credit code promptly and correctly.  Please see the return address at the bottom of the page.  

Any flaws must be reported within 7 days of receipt. 

Returned item(s) will be inspected for signs of wear, makeup, damage or use. If they don’t meet basic restocking standards, items will be shipped back to the customer with no refund, including shipping costs.  

Returns postmarked after the 14-day return window will be charged a $5 restocking fee and sent an in-store credit. Returns postmarked after 30 days will not receive a store credit and the package will not be returned. 

Final Sale: Any purchases made during a sale of any sort cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders using store credit are final sale. Masks, nylons, stickers, beauty and digital products are final sale. All international orders, sale items, open house purchases, discount codes, and giveaway winnings are final. 

Sale codes: Sale codes cannot be combined, stacked, extended or added to orders retroactively. Sales codes must be applied by the customer at time of purchase. All discount and sale code orders are final sale.

Lost packages: Customers are responsible for packages once marked “delivered” by USPS. If you can’t find your package please contact your local post office. They can help you find your package. Packages lost due incomplete or flawed addresses are the customer’s responsibility. Packages returned to us by USPS due to address errors will be processed as returns. Shipping can not be refunded.
